We collect your email (if provided), your conversations with Ponki, and payment information (handled by Stripe — Ponki never stores your card numbers).
Your data is used exclusively to provide the service: saving your conversations, managing your subscription, and improving Ponki. No data is ever sold to third parties.
You can delete your account and all your data at any time. Conversation history can also be deleted individually.
